I haven’t been inflicting pain on myself. My depression and anxiety are so bad that along with the mental and emotional pain, there is a distinct physical pain.
I feel like a burden. I doubt anybody wants to listen to my problems. That’s why I vent with posts here… people can ignore me and not have to feel bad about it.

I get that a lot. I rarely smile in my pictures. I really don’t know why. I think I only really smile when I’m talking to people.
